What is a credit?+
A credit is a small unit of AI usage. One credit equals a slice of the real compute cost of a model, so a quick chat reply costs far less than a high-res video render. You always spend only what a model actually uses.
Do credits roll over?+
Your monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Add-on credit packs are different, they never expire, so any packs you buy stay in your balance until you use them.
How do add-on credit packs work?+
Buy a Small (4,000), Medium (10,000) or Large (25,000) pack on top of any plan. Credits apply to your balance instantly, work across chat, image and video, and never expire.
Can I switch plans?+
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard in a click. Upgrades apply instantly; downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
How does the Team plan work?+
Team gives you a shared pool of 27,000 credits and unlimited members. An admin invites the team and assigns or caps how many credits each person can use, so budgets stay predictable.
