How do the two credit types work?+
Every plan gives you two separate balances: chat + image credits and video credits. Conversations and image generations draw from the first pool; video renders draw from the second, so heavy video use never eats into your chat allowance.
Do credits roll over?+
Your monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Add-on credit packs are different, they never expire, so any packs you buy stay in your balance until you use them.
How do add-on credit packs work?+
Buy a Small, Medium or Large pack on top of any plan. Each pack adds both chat + image credits and video credits to your balance instantly. Video resolution on add-on credits is capped based on your plan.
What resolution can I generate video at?+
Every paid plan renders video up to 1080p. For 4K video and higher limits, the Enterprise / Agency plan unlocks the full range, book a call for a quote.
