HiggsChat is an all-in-one AI chatbot that gives you access to leading third-party AI text, image and video models under a single subscription. HiggsChat is a brand of Amit Malvi Technologies LLC ("HiggsChat", "we", "us" or "our").

This policy describes what information we collect when you visit our website or use the service, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the HiggsChat website and application.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways.

Information you provide

• Account details such as your name, email address and password when you sign up.
• Billing information when you buy a paid plan or a credit pack. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• The prompts, text, images, files and other content you submit when you use the service.
• Messages you send us for support, sales or other enquiries.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and connection data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and device identifiers.
• Usage data such as the pages you view, the features you use, the models you select and the actions you take.
• Data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Notice.

Information from third parties

• Payment processors may share limited billing and transaction details with us so we can manage your subscription.
• If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, that provider may share basic profile information such as your name and email address.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate and maintain the service, including creating and managing your account.
• To route your prompts and content to the third-party AI model providers that fulfil your requests.
• To process payments and manage your subscription and credits.
• To improve the service, understand how it is used and develop new features.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.

• Third-party AI model providers. To fulfil your requests, the prompts and content you submit are sent to the third-party providers whose models you use. Those providers process your content under their own terms and privacy policies in order to generate a response.
• Service providers. We work with vendors who help us run the service, such as hosting, storage, analytics and payment processing. They may access information only to perform work on our behalf.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or HiggsChat.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain information for longer where we need it to meet legal, tax, accounting or security obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can access and update your account information from your dashboard.
• You can ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you.
• You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• You can manage cookies through your browser settings and our cookie controls, as explained in our Cookie Notice.

We and our service providers and model providers may process your information in countries other than the one where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location. Where required, we take steps designed to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection when it is transferred.

9. Children
