These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HiggsChat. Please read them carefully.
HiggsChat is an all-in-one AI chatbot that gives you access to leading third-party AI text, image and video models under a single subscription. HiggsChat is a brand of Amit Malvi Technologies LLC ("HiggsChat", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HiggsChat. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when you create your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly at support@higgschat.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
HiggsChat lets you send prompts and generate chat responses, images and video through leading AI models. These models are provided by third parties, and HiggsChat routes your requests to those providers. We may add, change or remove models and features, and the availability of any particular model may change or be interrupted.
HiggsChat does not offer a free plan. Signing up is free, and to use the service you buy a paid plan. Current plans include Starter at $15 per month, Pro at $29 per month, Max at $59 per month and Team at $99 per month. Usage is metered in credits, and you can buy add-on credit packs.
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for the billing period you choose until you cancel. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes. Prices may change, and we will give you reasonable notice of any change before it takes effect.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we state otherwise. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@higgschat.com and we will review it in good faith.
"Your content" means the prompts and inputs you submit and the outputs you generate through the service. As between you and HiggsChat, you own your content, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers that generate the outputs. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the content you generate, and you confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your inputs.
You grant us the limited rights we need to operate the service, such as processing and routing your content to the relevant model providers in order to fulfil your requests.

The HiggsChat name, brand, website, software and design are owned by Amit Malvi Technologies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
The AI models and certain other features are provided by third parties under their own terms and policies. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their models or their outputs. Your use of a given model may be subject to that provider's terms in addition to these terms.
The service and all AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose, so you should review and verify them before relying on them. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiggsChat and Amit Malvi Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiggsChat and Amit Malvi Technologies LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your content or your breach of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or to others. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to Amit Malvi Technologies LLC, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts that have jurisdiction over Amit Malvi Technologies LLC, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
