AI Interior Design Generator

Redesign your room today.

AI interior design questions, answered.

How to redesign a room in three steps.

Who uses it.

What it does well.

What AI interior design does.

Take a photo of a room and see it redesigned in any style, with your actual walls and windows where they really are. Try five schemes before you buy a single thing.

AI interior design takes a photo of a real room and shows you what it could look like. It reads the architecture in the picture, where the windows are, how high the ceiling is, the proportions, then redraws the space with different furniture, colours and lighting. The structure stays where it is.

That last part is what makes it useful rather than just pretty. Anyone can show you a beautiful room on Pinterest. Seeing your own room, with your own awkward corner and your own window in the wrong place, done three different ways, is what actually helps you decide.

It is also a cheap way to be wrong. Paint is a weekend and a sofa is a lot of money, and both are hard to undo. Trying six versions costs a few minutes, and you go into the shop knowing what you are looking for.

Turnaround

Several versions of the room in about ten seconds.

Output

PNG, JPG or WebP up to 4K.

Inputs

A wide photo of the room, or a description of it.

Licence

Yours to use commercially on any paid plan.

It uses your actual room

Your space redesigned, not a stock photo that looks similar.

Any style you can name

Scandi, japandi, mid century, industrial, coastal, maximalist.

Windows and doors stay put

The structure of the room is respected, only the design changes.

Change one thing

Swap just the sofa or just the wall colour and keep the rest.

Furnish an empty room

Show a bare space as it could be, fully furnished.

Try before you spend

See the paint colour in your own light before buying a tin.

Doing up your home

See three schemes before committing to any of them.

Selling a property

Furnish empty rooms so buyers can picture living there.

Designers and clients

Show options in the first meeting rather than the third.

Renting

Ideas that work when you cannot change anything permanent.

Choosing paint and flooring

Compare colours and materials in your own daylight.

Cafes, clinics and offices

See a fit out before anyone starts building it.

Photograph the room

Stand in a corner and get as much of the space in as you can.

Say what you want

The style, the colours, the mood, and anything that has to stay.

Refine and save

Swap individual pieces, try another scheme, then download it.

What is AI interior design?

AI interior design takes a photo of a real room and redraws it with new furniture, finishes and lighting, while the windows, doors and proportions stay exactly where they are. You get several schemes at once so you are comparing directions rather than reacting to a single picture.

Is the AI interior design tool free?

Signing up is free and you can look through every model before paying. To generate room designs you need a plan, and those start at $19 a month. That is considerably less than one wrong sofa.

Does it work from a photo of my own room?

Yes, and that is the whole point of it. Take a wide shot from a corner in good daylight so it can see the full space. It keeps your structure and changes the design, which is what makes the result actually useful to you.

Can I change just one thing?

Yes. Point at the sofa, the rug or one wall and redo only that, leaving the rest of the scheme alone. That is how you narrow in on a final look instead of generating an entirely new room every time.

Can estate agents use it to stage empty properties?

Yes, on any paid plan, and it is one of the most common uses. Do tell buyers the images are staged, as your local rules require, because the pictures show what the property could be rather than how it stands today.

Is it accurate enough to build from?

Treat it as a picture of an idea, not a plan. It is excellent for deciding style, colour and layout, and for briefing a designer or a builder. Measurements, structural work and anything involving pipes or wiring still need a professional.
